FoxStop 2010 participants must be:
- Current Financial Members of either Field & Game Australia Inc. or Sporting Shooters Association Australia - Victoria, at the time of registration and prize claim.
- Holders of a current Victorian shooters license at the time of registration and prize claim.
- Junior and family FGA and SSAA - VIC members are fully eligible to participate but must register in their own right.
- Employees of FGA & SSAA are encouraged to register and record foxes taken during the program period but are excluded from all prize draws.

FoxStop 2010 participants must:
- Only record foxes killed within the state of Victoria
- Clearly record the location of each fox killed
- Only record foxes killed on private or public lands where the proper authorizations and permissions have been granted.

FoxStop 2010 records foxes taken each month and offers rewards on the basis of monthly prize draws. Please note:
- Each fox registered on the FoxStop site will be recorded at the date of registration and included in the monthly draw relevant to this date.
- Each fox registered must have included details of the actual date the fox was taken. This detail is used in the prize claim confirmation process.
- Each fox taken must only be registered once on the FoxStop site and only by one hunter.
- Each fox registered is eligible for inclusion in only one monthly prize draw.
- Each fox registered is eligible for inclusion once only in the allocation of bonus tickets and entry into the major prize draw.
- Each Hunters foxes are only eligible for inclusion in the major prize draw after that hunter has recorded a progressive total of five (5) foxes across the period of the FoxStop 2010 program - at which time all five foxes are included in the major draw.
- All calculations for major draw entries will be undertaken after the last monthly draw has been conducted.

FoxStop 2010 participants must:
- Only take foxes on private property or public lands where legally authorised to hunt.
- Obtain permission from private land holders on each and every occasion hunting is undertaken on that property.
- Inform private land owners of arrival and departure times, details of shooting party members and details of all foxes taken on the property.
- Obtain the appropriate permissions and permits required to hunt on public lands each and every time hunting is undertaken at those sites.
- Be clearly acquainted with the location of property boundaries, livestock, buildings and thoroughfares on the property being hunted.
- Carry their current Victorian shooters license and Association membership card whenever hunting on private or public lands.
- Accept that their presence on public or private land is a privilege and respond to any and all challenges from land owners or members of the public in a courteous and friendly manner.

FoxStop 2010 participants must:
- Observe and Practice ethical hunting in line with FGA and/or SSAA-Vic Codes of Conduct and other ethical guidelines.
- Failure to observe and practice all ethical and legal guidelines will result in disqualification from all FoxStop activities and may result in expulsion from the sporting association concerned.

Every hunter participating in FoxStop 2010 must register their details on the FoxStop web site. Provision will be made for hunters who do not have web access to file a hard copy registration form.
Hard copy registrations are only current after the appropriate registration information has been received from either FGA or SSAA.
Hunters wishing to register on-line will be required to start the process from either the SSAA or FGA web sites. The Association Web site will collect the following details:
- Name
- Membership Number
- Firearm License Number
- Address
- Telephone
Once supplied the hunter will then be transferred to the FoxStop 2010 Website where the following Details will be requested:
- Name
- Home Post Code
- FoxStop Password
- Confirmation of acceptance of rules and regulations
The FoxStop site will register the hunter and issue a confirmation message that includes the hunters name and password and a full copy of the rules.

The FoxStop website will record all kills and generate reports for monthly and major prize draws. Hunters recording foxes will be required to supply the following details:
- Name
- Password
- Number of foxes being claimed
- The date each fox was taken
- The location where each fox was taken
- A witness to the fox being taken
- The number of other foxes sited but not taken during that hunt

Prize Draws will be conducted and scrutinized by the members of the FoxStop Management Committee.
- Each month a registration number will be allocated to each and every fox recorded during that month.
- The registration numbers will be used for a lottery style draw to identify winning hunters.
- Each fox registered is eligible to win only one prize in the monthly open draw.
- Each fox registered will be counted toward inclusion in the Major Prize Draw to be conducted in November 2010 in accordance with the following conditions.
- Hunters recording five or more foxes across the period of the program will have all their fox kills registered in the major prize draw.
- The Major prize draw will be conducted in the same manner as the monthly draws.
- Winners will be posted on the FGA and SSAA websites.
- FGA and SSAA-Vic will make arrangements for winners to collect their prizes.
- The FoxStop Management Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry or any claim for a prize.
- Prize winners must make themselves available for promotional photos

Please Note: For all prizes with a value of $250 or more Hunters will be required to provide confirmation of the kill through:
- The provision of witness contact details
- The provision of the landholder / land manager details for the location the fox was taken.
Please Note: For all prizes valued at $1000 or more Hunters will also be required to provide a Statutory Declaration confirming details of the hunt and the fox taken.
These requirements will apply for all monthly and the major prize draws.

All disputes, enquiries and protests will be heard and decided upon by the FoxStop 2010 Management Committee. All details of any dispute must be submitted to the FoxStop 2010 Management Committee at the address listed. All matters relating to disputes must be fully detailed in writing and submitted to the management committee within 7 days of the issue arising.
