  1. By registering as a participant in the FoxStop 2010 program you will be entered into the FoxStop 2010 monthly and grand final draws in accordance with the rules outlined elsewhere on this website and available through the offices of Field and Game Australia and Sporting Shooters Association Australia - Victoria.
  2. Participants will be entered in a random draw for the monthly prize pool and upon reaching the threshold for inclusion in the grand final, in the random draw for that prize pool.
  3. All prizes will be listed on the FoxStop registration site and the makeup of the prize pool will change during the course of the program period.
  4. Winner will be selected by computer generated random draw.
  5. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash and are not valid with any other offer.
  6. If a monthly prize is not claimed within two months of the draw, the unclaimed prize will be included in the next scheduled monthly draw. If a grand final prize is not claimed within six months of the draw, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted immediately.
  1. Neither Sporting Shooters Association Australia - Victoria, nor Field and Game Australia Inc. nor the Victorian Government accept any responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes or any variation in the prizes advertised and the prizes provided. The FoxStop 2010 Management Committee's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Each entrant releases from and indemnifies Sporting Shooters Association Australia - Victoria, Field and Game Australia and the Victorian Government against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
  2. Sporting Shooters Association Australia - Victoria, Field and Game Australia and the Victorian Government will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of winning a prize.
  3. By claiming a prize, the winner accepts that Sporting Shooters Association Australia - Victoria, Field and Game Australia and the Victorian Government may use the winner's name and likeness for their promotional and publicity purposes.
